“They were 1 hour late in picking us up. We waited out side the hotel by security as they are not allowed to come into the hotel. The tui guide at our hotel tried to put us off and get us to cancel. Said they were a really bad company. And we were putting our safety at risk going with these guys. When we got picked up. The guy couldn't appologise enough. The day was brilliant. We felt safe! 2 kids with us 7 and 8. It was amazing. Our guide was fantastic and couldn't do enough for our kids. Can't wait till next visit. Really great day. thank you”
